    2. MORRISON, ARCHIBALD, Glasgow: 1820-95. He worked in Great Hamilton Street, where he had a music shop, and where he made a large number of fiddles of all sorts. His shop was a rendezvous of fiddle enthusiasts and players, who were known about Glasgow as "Morrison's Band."
