3THE mercantile world has for years been awaiting an improved adjustment service, one that combined dispatch with ability to harmonize conflicting interests and restore trade relations. We are well aware of the many disappointments of our merchants in that direction, being only too frequently listeners to what so-called Collecting Agencies promised to do, but failed to accomplish.
