1PREFACE
3IN presenting the Thirty-Sixth Annual Edition of the City of Hamilton Directory, I thank the business men and patrons of the Directory generally for the very liberal and enthusiastic support they have given me and for the substantial increase in advertising. As my last edition proved very satisfactory, I am quite confident that the present volume will be still more so, it containing more information, and no expense, time, or labor being spared to make it most accurate.
5In the Miscellaneous Directory will be found the names of the new officers of the various societies, etc., and the City Council and School Trustees for 1909. In due time my canvassers will call on you for the renewal of your patronage.
