1This Book is the first Street and Business Directory that this city has ever had, made on the Duplex Plan. The methods of distribution and character of circulation are of peculiarly great value to our patrons. This book is wholly different from any other Directory, and is an exclusive and Copyright publication. Its circulation is ten times greater than any other Directory. It reaches the most intelligent portion of the community.
3It is the only Business Publication of the day that goes to the homes as well as to all business houses and offices in the city.
5The Street Directory gives the names of all streets inside the city limits, and also of those outside the limits.
7The Duplex System of giving street numbers is very simple. It means giving both numbers of both streets at every corner after the name of each street.
9This system is superior to all others. By it any desired number can be located into its exact block, so that it can be reached by the shortest possible route.
11The Business and Classified Telephone Directory is a very important feature of this book. It is an entirely new, novel, and time-saving reference work. There is no publication in existence having any similar features, either as to arrangement, compactness, clearness or general utility.
13The price of the book is placed at a mere nominal figure, with the avowed purpose of attracting the largest possible use, and gaining the widest popularity. We only put the patrons in this book, all others are purposely left out.
