27We have purchased the Patent Right of Cutting Ambrotypes for this State, and are now prepared to take them in a style unequalled in the United States, of any size, from the smallest miniature to life size.
28I hereby denounce all pictures taken on glass in this city or State, and called Ambrotypes, as "bogus," and a fraud upon the public, being a miserably imitation of the genuine article.
29I would say to all who have been deceived and swindled with bogus pictures, not to condemn this new and beautiful invention until they have seen the Genuine Ambrotype. They are said to be the most durable picture known, as neither acids, water, nor any kind can affect them. The Ambrotype is patented in the United States, Britain and France.
