There is also an interesting series of books on matters relating to the violin published in London and called the Strad Library. The volumes are sold separately and at prices within the reach of every music lover.
25The following list of books upon matters relating to the violin does not lay claim to being complete in the strict sense of the word. There are many books which it would be useless to list because the matter in them is either obsolete or they are out of print. The list, however, is sufficiently complete so that the violin lover will be able to find in it some book which covers the subject in which he is interested.
