4A handsome and attractive instrument. The violin is of Stradivarius model. The wood is choice, the back being of very handsome curly maple, with sides to match, and the top of carefully selected old spruce. The trimmings are of genuine ebony. An excellent instrument which cannot be duplicated elsewhere at its price.

13This violin is beautifully modeled and the wood used in its construction is of a superior quality. The back is of old seasoned maple, handsomely figured, and the top is of very straight, even-grained spruce. Trimmings are of the best ebony. The tone is large, of excellent quality and good carrying power. It is one of the best instruments for the young student that we have ever carried. Will give the highest satisfaction.
