COMPOSER TITLE, KEY & OP. GR. REMARKS
Dvořák, Anton (Cont.) Concerto in A Minor, C 3 of romantic tenderness, of brilliant cadenzalike passages; also themes of Slavic fervor and carefree happiness provide the highlights of this colorful moment.
Op. 53 (Cont.)
Adagio ma non troppo 𝅘𝅥 = 60, a romantic, affectionate, wistful and imaginative movement inviting to rubato playing. "Happiness through tears" may best describe its character. The poco più mosso is decisive and challenging.
Finale (Allegro giocoso ma non troppo) 𝅘𝅥 = 104. The decisive and sparkling opening theme suggests joy and happiness. Playful 16th passages and strongly accentuated syncopations follow. Soon a gently swaying lyric section is introduced and provides a welcome contrast. Decisive rhythm and flashing brilliance return. The listlesso tempo brings a Slavic theme of crisp, wistful tenderness. This idea is enlarged upon in the bold 16th figurations of the solo violin. The tempo I brings back the opening idea and repeats the original pattern. The end of the movement builds up to a brilliant climax.
Elgar, Edward La Capricieuse (Heifetz) C [address hidden] and graceful; featuring flying staccato.
Salut d'amour, Op. 12 C [address hidden], with a graceful sway.
The same simplified by Ambrosio A 2
